Notes: Four species of mealybug (Hemiptera: Coccomorpha: Pseudococcidae) from South Africa are described as new: Delottococcus denizi Kaydan sp. nov., Paracoccus lantanae Kaydan sp. nov., P. metalasiae Kaydan sp. nov. and Strandanna multipora Kaydan sp. nov.; all are associated with native flora. Host-plant and distribution records, and taxonomic illustrations are provided for the new species and for Delottococcus aberiae (De Lotto, 1961) and D. millari Miller & Giliomee, 2011. Revised identification keys to the South African species of Delottococcus Cox & Ben-Dov, 1986 and Paracoccus Ezzat & McConnell, 1956 are provided.
